Residential Building Code

The City of Oberlin references the following for our residential building codes:

            2006 RCO (Residential Code of Ohio)
            2007 Ohio Plumbing Code
            Ohio Energy Code
            2008 National Electric Code

You can find copies of each of these at your local library or by visiting the Building Department.
