Public Utilities Commission
Purpose/Duties
The Public Utilities Commission serves as an advisory body to Oberlin City Council on any and all questions concerning the financing, maintenance , operation and improvement of the public utilities serving the municipality, both privately and municipally-owned.
The Public Utilities Commission is a five (5) member commission appointed by Oberlin City Council.
Commission members must be residents of the City and serve 3 year terms, not to exceed 3 consecutive terms.
Meeting Times
The Public Utilities Commission meets the first Tuesday of every month at 5:30pm.
