Tornado Sirens
Tornado sirens in Oberlin are tested on the second Wednesday of every month, March through September, at approximately 11:00am. When the National Weather Service issues a tornado warning (a tornado has been sighted in Lorain County), the siren will sound on-and-off for four minutes. There is no "all clear signal".
