Finance Director, Salvatore Talarico CPFA

Finance Director since 2000.

Prior experience: Deputy Auditor, City of Parma, Ohio; Experience as bank and corporate auditor. Married and has two children. Education: B.B.A., Accounting, Cleveland State University, 1985; Certified Public Finance Administrator.

The Finance Director is responsible for the oversight and management of the Finance Department. The Finance Department is in charge of income tax collections and administration, utility billing, revenue collections, accounts payable processing, payroll processing, financial reporting, treasury and investment management, and debt management.
