Budget Billing

Would you like the piece of mind of knowing that your utility bill will be the same each month? If
so, the budget billing program might be for you. Budget billing is offered to any utility customer of
the City of Oberlin. Customers who request budget billing for their utility accounts must have one
full year of service to be eligible for the budget plan.

The budget amount is determined by simply taking one full year of service and dividing by 12
months then rounding up to nearest whole dollar amount.
