Buildings & Grounds
The Building and Grounds Division performs routine maintenance and construction for the City's parks, playgrounds, many of the City's buildings and Westwood Cemetery.
City owned parks are open from dawn to dusk. Permission to use parks for special event can be obtained by filling out a Park request form.
