The Engineering Division manages the implementation of the capital project process including the establishment of a project critical path, consultant selection, field data collection, project design, detail plan review, technical specification preparation, bid document development, bidding and award, construction management and supervision and project close out for both transportation and utility improvement projects. City standard construction specifications and City maps are developed and updated through the
Division.
