Application forms can be filled out and submitted electronically (in PDF format) with drawings to firstname.lastname@example.org (see instruction below) or if you choose to submit hard copy application forms and plans, they must be delivered to 69 S. Main Street, 2nd Floor. NOTE: Three copies of all documents are required for hard copy submittals.
Electronic Submittal Instructions:
- NAVIGATE to the the application form required for your submittal;
- SAVE a copy of the form to your computer;
- OPEN the copy of the form that you saved on your computer;
- FILL in the form;
- SAVE the form & data;
- ATTACH the form to the email.
