Application forms can be filled out and submitted electronically (in PDF format) with drawings to (see instruction below) or if you choose to submit hard copy application forms and plans, they must be delivered to 69 S. Main Street, 2nd Floor. NOTE: Three copies of all documents are required for hard copy submittals.
Electronic Submittal Instructions:
  1. NAVIGATE to the the application form required for your submittal;
  2. SAVE a copy of the form to your computer;
  3. OPEN the copy of the form that you saved on your computer;
  4. FILL in the form;
  5. SAVE the form & data;
  6. ATTACH the form to the email.
