Application forms can be filled out and submitted electronically (in PDF format) with drawings to buildingofficial@cityofoberlin.com (see instruction below) or if you choose to submit hard copy application forms and plans, they must be delivered to 69 S. Main Street, 2nd Floor. NOTE: Three copies of all documents are required for hard copy submittals.
Electronic Submittal Instructions:
  1. NAVIGATE to the the application form required for your submittal;
  2. SAVE a copy of the form to your computer;
  3. OPEN the copy of the form that you saved on your computer;
  4. FILL in the form;
  5. SAVE the form & data;
  6. ATTACH the form to the email.
