 OBERLIN CITY COUNCIL

PUBLIC HEARING

 

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 929.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Oberlin City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 6:50 p.m. in Council Chambers, Oberlin City Hall, 85 South Main Street, Oberlin, Ohio to consider a new application of Burrer Family Land LLC for placement of farmland in an agricultural district. The land being considered for placement of farmland in an agricultural district is located on West Lorain Street and Rear Land Oberlin and is further identified as being Lorain County Auditor’s Permanent Parcel numbers: 090-0074-1010-26 and 090-0074-1020-01 respectively. These two parcels total 16.45 acres more or less and are located within the Oberlin Municipal boundaries.
