The purpose of the meeting is to consider a variance to the side yard setback requirements for an accessory structure to be located at 240 East College Street Parcel No. 09-000-86-109-053 240 East College Street. The Zoning Code requires a side yard setback of 12.0 feet, whereas the applicant is requesting a side yard setback of 3.0 feet.
