Purpose/Duties
This Commission hears and decides appeals resulting from any order of decision made by a city administrative office in enforcing housing ordinances. The board may also authorize variances, provided they do not conflict with the public interest. The commission may also authorize variances, provided they do not conflict with the public interest. Meeting Times
The Commission meets on as-needed basis. Please refer to the City of Oberlin Calendar of Events for official dates. All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public. Public notice of a regularly scheduled or special meeting shall be made in accordance with applicable public meeting laws.
