Purpose/Duties
The board represents a non-profit corporation formed under Chapters 1702 and 1724 of the Ohio Revised Code for the sole purpose of advancing, encouraging, and promoting industrial, economic, commercial and civic development within the City of Oberlin. Meeting Times
OCIC meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month, at 85 S. Main Street in Conference Room 1 at 8:00 a.m. Please refer to the City of Oberlin Calendar of Events for official dates. All meetings of the board shall be open to the public. Public notice of a regularly scheduled or special meetings shall be made in accordance with applicable public meeting laws.
